Affordable digital marketing with a conscience

We make
movements
pop.

A digital agency built exclusively for changemakers — nonprofits, social enterprises and mission-driven organisations. We turn purpose into presence through websites, campaigns, community research, mobile and IVRS.

Our manifesto

We believe every social cause deserves a powerful digital presence. The organisations working hardest to change the world shouldn't have to struggle to be seen. No mission should go unheard because of a lack of marketing resources. So we make them pop.

Approach

Partnership, not just service.

We work alongside you the way the best changemakers do: ground-truthed, community-centred, and accountable to the people you serve.

01

Listen

Stakeholder interviews, document review, and a baseline of what you already know — and what you don't.

02

Research

Community, audience, and social-network research to find the gaps and the leverage points.

03

Build

Websites, campaigns, mobile and IVRS flows, shipped in small testable pieces — never a big-bang launch.

04

Measure

Honest reporting on reach, engagement, and behaviour change. Dashboards your funders can actually read.

Case stories

Impact in action

Three recent partnerships, told the way our clients tell them — the problem in front of them, what we built together, and what shifted for the people they serve. Names anonymised at our partners' request.

A voice line that reached the last mile

A national maternal-health programme needed to reach low-literacy callers in three states — without forcing them to navigate an app, a smartphone, or English.

Sector
Maternal & child health
Reach
3 states · 11 languages
Engagement
4-month build · ongoing

Challenge

The existing helpline was English/Hindi only, single number, and had no way to flag urgent cases. ASHAs were spending nights on personal phones triaging calls themselves.

What we did

  • Designed an 11-language IVRS flow with audio recorded by frontline workers
  • Built a risk-flag triage that routes urgent cases to the nearest PHC
  • Shipped a Grafana dashboard supervisors could read at a glance

Outcome

  • 1.2Mcalls in year one
  • 11languages live
  • 38%repeat callers
  • <8savg connect time

A 90 KB site that travelled three countries

A youth climate coalition needed a campaign site that would actually load on village 2G connections — and a way to show funders the petition was reaching people, not just generating impressions.

Sector
Climate & environment
Reach
3 countries · 6 languages
Engagement
6-week sprint

Challenge

Their previous site was a 4 MB WordPress build that timed out on rural connections. Funders wanted proof the petition was spreading beyond the usual networks. Volunteers needed to publish translations without engineering help.

What we did

  • Shipped an 87 KB static site with petition tooling and offline fallback
  • Tracked how the petition spread across platforms and geographies so the coalition could report reach to funders with honest numbers
  • Trained eight volunteers to publish translations themselves

Outcome

  • 87 KBpage weight
  • 312kpetition signatures
  • 3countries activated
  • 0vendor lock-in

Community consultation · Co-design

Listening before building

A nonprofit's flagship livelihoods programme had hit a plateau. They wanted to understand why — by actually talking to the women's collectives the programme was supposed to serve.

Sector
Livelihoods · women's collectives
Reach
6 communities · 3 districts
Engagement
5 months · embedded team

Challenge

Annual surveys were generating numbers funders liked but didn't explain why uptake was falling. The programme team suspected it had drifted from what members actually needed — but they'd never systematically asked.

What we did

  • Spent five months on the ground: 84 conversations with collective members, 6 group sessions, and mapping exercises to understand what was working and what wasn't
  • Ran co-design workshops where members shaped the revised programme — what to keep, what to drop, what was missing
  • Helped the team build a simple reporting framework their funders could actually read

Outcome

  • 84community conversations
  • previous uptake metric
  • 6communities consulted
  • 1programme redesigned
"They didn't just hand us a report. They handed us a programme our members helped write." Executive Director, livelihoods nonprofit

Common questions

The things every nonprofit asks us first

If your question isn't here, write to us — we'll answer honestly, even if the answer is "you don't need us for this."

We're a small grassroots collective. Can we afford this?

Probably yes. Our Spark engagement starts at ₹50,000 and registered non-profits get a standing 20% discount. We hold pro-bono capacity each quarter and offer a sliding scale for grant-funded work — ask us, we don't make you guess.

Who owns the website, the data, and the design?

You do — always. Code ships to your repository, content to your CMS, data to your accounts. We build on open standards (no proprietary page-builders, no sealed CMS) so you can take any other team forward with the project on day one.

How do you handle community data and consent?

Every research engagement starts with a written consent and ethics note, reviewed with you. We minimise PII, store data on infrastructure you control where possible, and we will not run research that we wouldn't be comfortable explaining to participants in their own language.

How long does a typical engagement take?

A campaign microsite: 3–6 weeks. A full site or web app: 8–14 weeks. An IVRS line: 10–16 weeks including language recording. Research studies vary with sample size — we always scope a smaller pilot first.

Can you work with our existing tools and team?

Yes. We've integrated with Salesforce NPSP, Razorpay, Mailchimp, Twilio, Exotel, Glific, Kobo, RapidPro and most major CRMs. If your team has an in-house developer or designer, we'd rather pair with them than replace them.

Do you do pro-bono work?

We reserve one pro-bono slot per quarter for grassroots collectives and crisis-response work. It's competitive but not formal — drop us a note describing the moment and we'll write back.

What does success look like to you?

Behaviour change, not vanity metrics. We'd rather report a 12% follow-through on a callback than a million impressions that didn't move anyone. Every engagement starts with us agreeing on what "useful" means for your members or beneficiaries.
